SEASON 2 IN THE FALL 2025!

I’m excited to announce our Fall 2025 season to finish off the year! The season will run from September through early November, with games held on Sunday and Monday nights in Falmouth.

We’re aiming for 6 teams this season – I believe we can make it happen this time! 

NEW PLAYERS TO THIS LEAGUE HAVE UNTIL JULY 31st TO REGISTER! 
(we need as much time as possible to order the new jerseys)
New players may be asked to participate in a invite only pickup game to ensure the skill level is in line with the league. 

Season structure:    

•    Each team will play 8 regular season games.    

•    The top 4 teams will advance to the semi-finals.    

•    Winners of the semi-finals will play in the finals. 

Due to Maine’s heavy hockey schedule from mid-November onwards, ice time is limited, so the schedule didn’t go the way I wanted. However, this gives us a great foundation to plan longer, more competitive seasons for 2026. 

- Returning players (including all skaters, goalies, and subs) will register with their current teams. 

- New players will be added to a new team, and if needed, placed on existing teams to fill open spots. 

Having 13 full-time players and 2 subs per team has worked well so far, keeping teams balanced even when players are away. 

Looking ahead to Season 3, there will be opportunities for players to move around as “free agents” more details coming soon. 

Registration prices are a bit lower this season since you won’t need a new jersey. However, if you want to order a new jersey and socks, you’ll have that option during registration. Some registration categories have the payment split up to help break up the payment.
